Samidoh’s first wife Edday Nderitu has congratulated him on his graduation from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT).

Edday, who is based in the United States of America, penned a heartwarming message on social media.

She remembered his dedication to learning even when he had to help in the house with the children.

Edday praised Samidoh for not giving up even when faced with challenges.

“Your perseverance and dedication have paid off, I remember when you decided to pursue your degree, we had just welcomed our baby(Mike),”

“Thank you for your dedication and your true spirit, am forever inspired.
You were always on your feet & assumed household chores; prepared Shirleen for school & dropped her off on your way to school. You didn’t give up despite many challenges. Congratulations.” She said.

Edday and Samidoh have had an estranged marriage after the musician’s relationship with Nominated Senator Karen Nyamu became public.

As the relationship got strained, Edday left the country for the U.S. with her children and cut ties with Samidoh.

But recently the two have made up and have been spotted together in the U.S having a good time.

Mugithi singer Samidoh is among hundreds of graduates who graduated from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) on Friday.

He graduated with a Bachelor degree in Business and Information Technology.

Samidoh shared news of his graduation on his Instagram page where he also expressed his milestone for the achievement.

“Congratulations fellow graduates. Discover JKUAT. Leo hakuna kukunja sura na vile kwa hizi street mumekuwa,” he wrote on his Instagram.

He graduated with a Bachelor degree in Business and Information Technology.

Samidoh shared news of his graduation on his Instagram page where he also expressed his milestone for the achievement.

“Congratulations fellow graduates. Discover JKUAT. Leo hakuna kukunja sura na vile kwa hizi street mumekuwa,” he wrote on his Instagram.

Samidoh’s manager, Moses Marete, is among people who congratulated the vernacular singer for his achievements.

“Congratulations boss Samidoh, HSC, on your academic achievement. You are a relentless champ who, no matter how hard a situation seems, never concedes. Kongole kaka,” he said.

As earlier reported on WoK, Kabugi also graduated from JKUAT with a Bachelor in Business Information and Technology.

Kabugi explained that he chose to pursue the course at the institution after being recommended by friends who previously studied there.

Without giving any reason, the Nakuru native also noted that he wanted to be away from home, and also mentioned JKUAT’s reputation in IT.

“It has been [good], especially IT-wise and I’ve gotten a chance to interact with a number of personalities from here. It has been a good experience,” he said.

Kabugi also spoke on how he managed to bakance bith content creation and studying, noting that he is passionate about both.

“I’ve been doing this since I was a kid, I have been acting, I’ve been in drama, this is something that has been growing in me,” he said.

Nominated Senator Karen Nyamu celebrated her two baby daddies on Father’s Day.

Nyamu in a sweet message posted on her social media platforms also praised and celebrated her father on the special day.

The Senator described herself as a product of good fathering while acknowledging the good counsel she received from her father.

Nyamu who is never shy of controversy showered praises on her two baby daddies DJ Saint Kevin and musician Samidoh.

She revealed that the two men are present fathers to their children and have given her peace in motherhood.

“I am a product of good fathering. Those who know Mr Nyamu agree he’s the best dad in the world! Until today he is present every day, but he still brings fruits and veggies lol. I consult him on every venture, every investment na hadi anawekelea. Happy Father’s Day dad. Hakuna kama wewe,”

“Happy Father’s Day to Saint Kevinsky and Mr Muchoki. You guys gave me the best gifts ever! I could have even paid but mlinipea bure tu. Thanks for loving my babies and for being father figures. Just your presence alone brings so much peace to motherhood. Mbarikiwe hadi mshangae.” Nyamu posted.

DJ Saint is a popular name in the local entertainment industry. He is an events organizer, consultant, entrepreneur and a seasoned deejay.

The two met over ten years ago, long before Nyamu decided to get into politics. They have a daughter together but later went their separate ways.

In a recent interview on Obinna TV, she shed light on her life in the US and her journey into motherhood.

Work in the US

The promoter moved to the US at the age of 12 after losing her mother. Her father was a US citizen and helped her secure a green card.

In the US, she is a businesswoman, a nurse, and a music promoter. With the assistance of her father, she promoted the tour of the legendary Lucky Dube. Her uncle is also a musician.

She organized Samidoh’s US tour, which was a massive success, and they made good money from the event. Thanks to this, she was approached by Optiven, a leading real estate company in Kenya, to become their diaspora ambassador.

Regarding the scandal involving Samidoh and his wife, she clarified that she did not encourage Edith to leave her marriage, as she is an adult.

However, she helped her settle in the US. Bernice Saroni also added that she disliked side chicks and referred to them as lacking in self-worth.

Personal life

The beautiful lady is a mother of four boys: Wayne, Miguel, Tyron, and Junior. She was married to a Kenyan who had a good job; hence, she relocated to Kenya. However, when it was time to give birth, she would go to the US and then return to be with the father of her children.

The marriage ended after the husband cheated, and she moved back to the US in November 2018. The transition was not easy for her or the kids. She was depressed and would often break down.

In Kenya, they lived in a five-bedroom house, and the kids were driven to school by car. In the US, they lived in a two-bedroom apartment and took the bus to school. The weather was also very cold. While it was difficult at first, they soon adapted to their new life.

Today, Bernice has worked hard and bought a four-bedroom house for herself and the kids. She said she had healed and is not looking for someone to take care of her kids, as she can do that on her own.

The US-based businesswoman said the problem with Kenyans is that they think that whenever a man dates a single woman, she wants him to take care of her kids.

Jalang’o

Jalang’o is one of the biggest names in the entertainment industry having been introduced to the public years ago through the then must watch program Papa Shirandula.  Therefore, it is not a surprise that his cheating scandal was one of the trending topics early last year. Popular blogger Edgar Obare revealed he has a ‘boys club made of several friends who shared women. The scandal went on for a while but rather than bring his brand down, he continued to soar and is still together with his wife Amina.

Mr. Seed 

In 2019, gospel artist Mr. Seed admitted to having cheated on his beautiful wife Nimo. He said at the time they were having problems in their relationship and he found solace in another woman, something he deeply regretted. Nimo forgave him and the two moved on. On May 2020, he was accused of cheating again with the lady Sabrina alleging she was even pregnant for him and the artist had asked her to abort.

Terrence and Milly Chebby are one of the cutest celebrities in Kenya and in 2019 it was confirmed that he cheated on Milly. This hurt her badly as the two used to work together and Milly had just given birth to their amazing daughter. Terrence apologized and Milly forgave him and they remain a strong unit to date. 

King Kaka

Popular artist King Kaka cheated on wife Nana Owiti with vocalist and singer Sage. This really hurt Nana who dumped the singer. It was especially painful to discover that Sage was pregnant with Kaka’s child while she too was pregnant with their first child. The couple got back together and even have more kids.

DJ Crème De La Crème 

As one of the biggest deejays in the country, it is no surprise that his cheating scandal was big. What made it worse was that there were videos of him and the other woman. This nearly broke his relationship with a lot of people also throwing shade at him. His partner Denise King forgave him and they moved on.

Samidoh 

The popular Agikuyu singer cheated on his wife with city lawyer Karen Nyamu. At first, he denied rumors that he and Karen were an item and had even denied being the father of her child. However, he later offered an apology to both the public and his wife and admitted to cheating with Karen and even took responsibility for their child. The singer is still with his wife.
