Lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi popularly known as the Grand Mullah has taken a subtle dig at Kenyans who shop for fake designer outfits in the United Kingdom (UK).
The lawyer on his X account said he was in London when he spotted a shop selling brand names that were not genuine.
According to Abdullahi, the shop owner showed him photos of famous Kenyans who bought from his shop.
“This shop is next to the hotel I’m staying in London…it sells “brand” names that are obviously not genuine, i.e., Brioni. Out of curiosity, I popped in to see for myself. The owner is a flamboyant Mzee from Greece and an Arsenal fan. Once he realised we were from Kenya, he started showing us photos of famous Kenyans buying his “branded” stuff,” Abdullahi posted.
Netizens hilariously questioned the grand mullahs, begging him to name the famous Kenyans who bought the fake products.
And what happened next?? Wakili we need more – Barrack Gumba asked.
Out of curiosity, did any of the photos you were shown include that of a former governor? – Cleophas Matoke inquired.
Wakili, you can’t cut this story like that… Please tell us you got copies of those pictures. We need to know more – Straight Arrow asked.
So you are just going to leave us hanging?? Mentions one or two – Dennis pleaded.
WoK previously wrote about expensive things owned by Ahmednasir Abdullahi, one of them is a Brioni suit that cost him KSh 1.2 million.
“I have good taste in clothes – suits, shirts, ties and shoes. All my jeans are and most of my suits are by Brioni. I’m into labels.I shop when I travel and my clothes remind me of where I have been,” the lawyer was quoted.
