Betty Kyallo Makes TV Comeback After 4 Year Break:”I’m Back”

Betty Kyallo has made a comeback to the media after 4-year hiatus.

Kyallo will return as a news anchor at Cape Media-owned TV 47.

An excited Betty announced her return on social media which sent her fans into celebration.

The media personality will host the show called ‘This is Friday With Betty’.

“After close to 4 years. I’m back. TV47 is now my home. I can’t wait to see you my lovely audience. This is my favourite stage! Yaaaay! See you soon. The Show is “This Friday With Betty” Big Surprises coming. Grateful to God. Mwaaaaah,” she posted.

Kyallo started her media career at KTN as an intern before being promoted to a prime-time news anchor where she aired the 9 pm news on Fridays dubbed the Friday Briefing.

She later joined K24 where she hosted the weekend ‘Up Close with Betty’ show.

Kyallo landed a deal with Showmax for a reality show with her sisters named Kyalo Kulture.

Currently, she runs several businesses like Flair by Betty, Aftershave by Flair Barbershop and Bk Closet.

Recently WoK reported on Kyallo’s high-end salon Flair by Betty being placed on auction.

The media personality admitted she has given up on the business.

Taking on Instagram, Betty Kyalo blamed the harsh business climate in Kenya for her problems, claiming it was tough to run a business.

“Obviously, running a business in Kenya has become so difficult,” she said.

Betty said she had to to let go of the salon for her peace of mind.
