Mombasa-based restaurant, Qaffee Point has announced its reopening days after it was looted during protests.
On Tuesday, June 2, the restaurant was raided by goons who damaged it.
Qaffe Point was one of several businesses in the coastal city that felt the brunt of the protests as it turned ugly.
The restaurant said despite the setback it has returned stronger.
They announced they will reopen officially on Saturday, July 6.
Qaffee Point thanked their customers for their continued support.

Earlier, WoK reported how in Mombasa, a businessman was seen protecting his life and business from marauding goons.
The businessman had to remove his firearm and fire several times to disperse the thugs.
The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), in a statement released on Tuesday afternoon, said the Qaffee Point Hotel owner shot and injured two people at around 1.30 pm.
The DCI noted that the civilian firearm holder was then disarmed and is presently being held in lawful custody.
