GMC Place is a hotel franchise that offers a unique blend of Fun and African / European cuisine. The signature dishes include grilltopia (nyama choma- grilled meat dish), pizza, and Yakitori chicken, all made with fresh and local ingredients.
GMC Place was founded in 2019 by three family members, who wanted to create a restaurant that would celebrate the best of African and European cuisine in an environment that fosters family transformation through entertainment.

The choma marinade is a blend of spices that is carefully curated to bring out the flavour of the meat. Some of the spices that are used in the marinade include salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, and chili powder.
