In the afternoon, he stepped out briefly before returning around 4 p.m. However, on Sunday, February 16, at 11:15 a.m., he left the hotel once again—this time without coming back. Multiple calls to his UK-registered phone went unanswered, leading to a missing person report being filed at Parklands Police Station later that evening.
The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) took over the case on Monday, launching a search across Nairobi whcih was unsuccessful. The detectives have since sought Interpol’s assistance to access his call records and piece together his last known movements.
