For over 27 years, you have held my hand through the highest and the deepest lows of life, stood by me through the lack and through the provision, put up with me and never ever complained, murmured, answered me back or held me by my tie! I stand in awe of God’s goodness over our lives and marriage. Happy Anniversary to the Queen of my heart and bride of 27 years!

Parental Responsibility Suit
David Muriithi found himself trending across various social media platforms on allegations of breaking the ‘seventh commandment’ and in the process siring a child out of wedlock.
It is reported that Muriithi had an on again off again with a woman identified as Judy Mutave with whom they have a two year old son.
Through lawyer Danstan Omari, the woman is seeking to have the court compel Muriithi to pay a monthly ksh 100000 upkeep to cater for various expenses such as rent, shopping, entertainment, food and househelp pay.
However, Muriithi submitted that he knew the woman suffered from fibroids and only told him that she was pregnant when she was at St. Mary’s Hospital to deliver.
“When I called to say hello…in the process, she casually informed me that she was at St. Mary’s Hospital Lang’ata to deliver a child, which shocked me…I could not have been excited about a pregnancy that I did not know about and which was all along hidden from me,” read Muriithi’s affidavit.
In court papers filed on 24/8/2021, the proclaimed ‘son of thunder’ argued that he was not a well off man as thought and that he could only afford to pay a monthly ksh 10000 upkeep.
“It is now crystal clear to my mind that the applicant having had the misconception that I live a high-end life may somehow have caused herself to conceive with the sole aim of getting a slice of the perceived high-end life,” reads the submission in part.
In a twist on the matter, Muriithi has now sought orders to have DNA tests conducted to ascertain his relationship with the 2 year old son. The order was protested by lawyer Danstan Omari on grounds that it was not part of the affidavit. However magistrate Festus Terer asked Muriithi to file a formal request for the DNA test.
Muriithi also wanted the media barred from reporting on the matter claiming it could be a mudslinging plot by the woman to tarnish his name.
However magistrate Terer declined to issue the order saying he was waiting to review orders issued from speaker Kenneth Lusaka case in a similar paternity suit.
