While the radio station is thriving in Kenya, Kevin Mulei who owns the company opened a new station in Uganda.
The new radio station went live on Wednesday, January 18, with Mwalimu Rachel taking up a trainer’s role to mentor talents.
While announcing her move to Uganda, she noted that she had been tasked to make sure the presenters were equipped with the requisite knowledge to deliver.
“When I was called to train I doubted myself but I encouraged myself since I have been a presenter for fifteen years. I took the challenge with humility and a lot of prayers,” she said.
Kenyan presenter Sean Preezy also left to join NRG Radio Uganda.
