The long-awaited heavyweight clash between two unbeaten boxers, Deontey Wilder vs Tyson Fury will take place in MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, on February 22, 2020. Their first match which took place in December 2018, ended in a split-decision draw.

Deontay Wilder 

Deontay Wilder is regarded as one among the top professional boxers in the United States. Wilder began his career at the age of 20 years old at the Sky Boxing Gym in Alabama. During his amateur days, he overcame all odds and won the National Golden Gloves and other US championships at a very young age. 

Wilder is the father of five children. In the recent past, Deontay Wilder has been romantically linked with several women who include Helen Duncan (first spouse), Jessica Scales (second spouse), and Telli Swift (Current girlfriend).

Tyson Fury

Contrary to his boxing counterpart Deontay, Tyson started boxing the age of 10 years. He first participated in AIBA Youth World Boxing Championship in 2006. This is where he started his boxing career professionally. Tyson has represented both Britain and Ireland on several occasions during his competitions as a boxer as he is a dual citizen.


Tyson Fury

Tyson Fury married his wife Paris Tyson in 2009; the couple has 5 children. He met his beloved wife at the age of 17. Some of his family members are deeply rooted in boxing. First of all, his half-brother, Tommy Fury is a professional boxer, and then his cousins, Nathan Gorman and Hughie Fury are heavyweight boxers.

Prize Winnings 

On their last match in 2018, each had a guaranteed base purse of $4 million if Deontey Wilder won or $3 million if Tyson Fury won. But unfortunately, the match ended on a split-decision draw. Tyson Fury nicknamed as Gypsy King pocketed $2.3 million on the match. 

On the 22nd of February 2020, the duo will be competing for a high price stake (which is yet to announced).
