Emirates World store exemplifies the elevated hospitality and personalized service for which Emirates is well-known, aiming to enhance the customer experience from the moment of entry.

The store features a warm and inviting atmosphere that greets every visitor.

Spanning over 330 square meters, the retail area is designed as an open-plan, lounge-like setting, characterized by the airline’s signature light and airy color scheme.

Visitors can engage with the iconic Emirates A380 Onboard Lounge experience through an immersive, full-size display, or they can take advantage of innovative technology features such as the ‘selfie mirror,’ which captures images of travelers against picturesque destination backdrops.

There are six customer service counters staffed by knowledgeable consultants ready to assist with travel planning, reservations, ticketing, and general inquiries, ensuring a smooth journey at every interaction.

These consultants also provide valuable information about Emirates Holidays, the airline’s tour operating division, which offers customized packages designed to create exceptional travel experiences.

Self-service kiosks are available to empower travelers, reducing wait times and facilitating quicker service.

In addition to its commercial activities, Emirates actively supports three Kenyan humanitarian organizations dedicated to child welfare through the Emirates Airline Foundation.

Alfajiri Street Kids provides a safe environment and various programs centered on art therapy for over 200 children.

Lastly, the Foundation sponsors four-year scholarships for ten students at the Starehe Boys’ Centre, which offers academic support for underprivileged boys, including high school and multiple tertiary programs.
