Below is a step-by-step guide on how to book an Huduma Center appointment online.
Step 1: Visit the official appointment website.
Step 2: If it is your first time booking a Huduma Kenya appointment, you will need to Register. Click on the red ‘Register’ button on the lower left side of the login page. If you have booked an Huduma Kenya appointment online before now please enter your ID number and password.
Step 3: Click ‘New Appointment’ to proceed to book a Huduma Kenya appointment online.
Step 4: Your details would appear on a tab. Go to the ‘service center’ tab to select a convenient Huduma Kenya Appointment Centre
Step 5: Select the service you wish to be assisted with
Step 6: Select the preferred time and date
Step 7: Click to save the appointment
You will receive an sms on your phone confirming your Huduma Kenya appointment. Ensure to go with the SMS on your appointment day
How to reschedule Huduma Center appointment
Follow the steps below to change or reschedule your Huduma Center appointment.
Step 1: Visit the appointment website.
Step 2: Enter your ID number and password to log in
Step 3: Click the ‘My Appointment’ tab on the menu
Step 4: Select the upcoming appointment that you want to postpone
Step 5: Choose ‘New Appointment Date’
Step 6: Fill in your desired date and time of the appointment
Step 7: Save and submit the new details
You will receive an SMS confirming your rescheduling of your Huduma Centre appointment date.
