Downloading and printing your Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) loan clearance certificate has been made easy, and you can now do it on your own without appearing in-person at HELB offices.
The crucial document mainly required by employers can be accessed from the Higher Education Financing (HEF) website , which you log into using your previous HELB portal credentials.
In case you have forgotten your password, you can reset it on the login page by clicking the ‘Forgot Password’ button. You will be directed to check your email address after which you will follow the link sent from HEF to change your password.
It is important to note that all university student scholarships and financing have been moved to the HEF Portal hence to access a HELB compliance certificate can only be done on this portal.
