You can activate it by dialling *544#. When activated, you will not be able to browse the internet without data bundles.
To stop receiving this notification, follow the steps below;
Step 1: Dial *544#
Step 2: Select option 9; Balance and Tips
Step 3: Select option 2; My Data Manager
Step 4: Select option 2; Deactivate
Note, when the data manager is deactivated, whenever your data is exhausted airtime will connect automatically and you will be billed Ksh 4 per MB uploaded or downloaded.

The invention of Out of Bundle Management has made it possible for subscribers to shield their airtime by making sure that users are not billed from their airtime when browsing.
It makes sure that internet charges are exclusively deducted from available bundles.
To opt into Out of Bundle Management, follow the steps below;

Step 2: Select Out Of Bundle then choose Activate.
Step 3: You will get an SMS confirmation message.
Step 4: You will receive a pop up menu with some options when you start to browse the internet and you do not have a data bundle.
