Kenyan Hollywood star Lupita Nyong’o has celebrated her cat Yoyo’s third birthday.
Lupita shared a series of heartwarming photos of her beloved cat during the celebrations.
The 41-year-old actress can be seen pampering Yoyo, an orange tabby cat, in front of a golden ‘Happy Birthday’ banner.
Yoyo wore a special blue birthday hat as he posed with Lupita.
Lupita spoiled her cat with a selection of crinkle toys to make the day fun and exciting.
“Go Yoyo! It’s your birthday! Please join me in wishing him a very happy 3rd birthday.” Lupita shared.
Lupita decided to adopt a cat after falling in love with the cat she worked with for “A Quiet Place: Day One.”
Meanwhile, Lupita Nyong’o is basking in the glory of her new movie ‘A Quiet Place: Day One.’
The horror prequel to the Quiet Place film series was made on a budget of 67 million U.S. dollars.
The movie has grossed over 226 million U.S. dollars worldwide.
The biggest market for the movie has been China, Mexico (where Lupita was born) the UK, Australia and South Korea.
Critics have given the movie positive reviews and have praised Lupita’s performance.
In the movie, Lupita plays Sammy a young woman dying from cancer who now has to face an alien monster attack.
