Popular Kenyan producer Magix Enga has revealed that artistes and close friends have left him to suffer.
The producer said he does not want handouts despite raising a young family but to be called for shows to earn a living.
Magix Enga said other artistes have been denying him shows and can’t even bother to know if he is dying.
“Mafans wangu huko nje ni kibao sana but sipati events na nalea mtoto, sitaki msaada mimi ni superstar already lakini wananinyima shows. Hakuna msanii ashawai nipigia ata simu kunijulia hali ata kama nakufa.” Enga said.
The producer also added that he has been drinking heavily and does not remember what happens after.
“God protects me when I am drunk, don’t call me, please. I don’t even know what happened yesterday I regret my soul,” he said.
Enga said he has been advised to seek God for a solution but is not ready to go to church as his problem is more stressful than spiritual.
“You don’t understand why I drink due to stress.” Enga added.
Earlier, Enga revealed the struggles he is facing due to alcoholism.
The award-winning producer said his health has been affected which has reduced his productivity.
In a post on social media, Enga said he was coughing blood but would not blame anyone but himself for drinking.
He revealed he was trying to shoot a music video when his health got worse.
“Nimejaribu ku have fun leo trying to shoot a music video but siku imeniendea vibaya nakohoa damu stay safe I can’t blame anyone ni pombe nakunywa sana God atasaidia,” Enga shared.
