On Tuesday March 21, 2023, a report tabled in Parliament showed that the lawyers who represented the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) during the 2022 presidential election petition will be paid a total of Ksh 567.3 million.
The report also indicated that law firms that represented President William Ruto in the election petition will pocked Ksh 13.92 million each.
