Businessman and social media sensation Morara Kebaso has claimed that the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) wanted to nub him.
The businessman popular for his videos imitating President William Ruto said he was about to leave a TV station when he got a text that the officers were waiting for him.
Morara alleged that he had to dodge them by boarding a matatu.
The businessman shared a video mimicking the Ruto and said the passengers had requested civic from him.
“Before I left K24 i was sent a DM that DCI was waiting in a pickup next to my car. I decided to take a different exit & boarded a matatu. In the matatu, the public demanded that i address them. I injected sense. Civic Education.” He said.
Recently Morara alleged intimidation and harassment from the government and Nairobi County officers.
He said his viral videos imitating President William Ruto’s speeches got him into trouble.
The businessman added that he fears the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) is also after him.
He said he is fearless and won’t let anyone intimidate him.
“I know i look fine. But am not okay. The govt has been on my neck and in my business vibaya sana. Today at around 2pm i was visited by KRA. Soon thereafter Nairobi County came. I expect DCI tonight. Come one come all. I am fearless. The govt has mastered the art of intimidating business people,”
“But i want to remind them that i can survive without it. Am multi talented. I can be a content creator. I can be a preacher. I can be an author. I can be a motivational speaker. If Steve SimpleBoy can sing then i can be Michael Jackson himself. I can even defeat them in an election. I am fearless.” Morara said.
