Nicholas Jerry Jonas is an American singer, songwriter and actor best known as one of the Jonas Brothers, a band he formed with his brothers Kevin and Joe.
He began acting on Broadway at the age of seven and has appeared in films such as Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian (2009) and Careful What You Wish For (2015).
Jonas also starred in the Disney Channel original series Jonas (2009), and has appeared in television series such as Last Man Standing (2011) and Hawaii Five-0 (2010).
In 2014, he began work as Demi Lovato’s musical and creative director. He was born in Dallas, Texas, to Denise (née Miller), a teacher and singer and Paul Kevin Jonas, a musician and former ordained minister.
He has German, English, Scottish, Irish, Italian/Sicilian, and French-Canadian ancestry.

Nick’s parents are Denise and Paul Kevin Jonas.
Paul is a songwriter, musician, and former ordained minister, while Denise is a former sign language teacher and singer.
They have four sons: Kevin, Joe, Nick, and Frankie. Kevin Sr. and Denise met on their first day of college and married in August 1985.
Recently, Nick’s parents were in Mumbai, India, for the pre-wedding party of Priyanka Chopra’s brother, Siddharth Chopra.
Nick could not attend because he was filming a Christmas movie with his brothers in Toronto, Canada. Nick has since arrived in Mumbai for the wedding.
Kevin Sr. and Denise have musical backgrounds. During college, Kevin Sr. taught songwriting and recorded Christian music, while Denise worked in the school registrar’s office and was a singer.
In 2016, Kevin Sr. and Denise opened a restaurant called Nellie’s Southern Kitchen in Belmont, North Carolina.
