Additionally, we ensure product authenticity primarily by sourcing from trusted suppliers where counterfeiting is illegal and regulations are strict. 8). How do you ensure quick delivery of products and what are your charges for people outside Nairobi?
Ovostore ensures quick delivery for in-Nairobi customers by using our own riders. For out-of-Nairobi customers, we use couriers like G4S or Wells Fargo which can take up to 24 hours. Charges for out-of-Nairobi customers are calculated and displayed during checkout, and some high-value or bulky items may require full payment upfront for both delivery and the product itself.
9). What’s the future of Ovostore? What should customers expect in the near future?
The future is bigger. Ovostore Kenya will offer greater personalization and expand on convenience to include faster delivery and more flexible payment options. We are planning on opening more stores including outside Nairobi.
