Comedian David Oyando, also known as Mulamwah, recently updated his fans on the progress of his multi-million mansion.

The new development showed progress since the last time he flaunted the mansion which will is estimated to cost Ksh 10 million upon completion.

In a series of posts on his social media platforms, he shared a video where he was walking around the house with a relative and his girlfriend, Ruth.

Although it is not clear how many rooms the house has, the construction workers had just completed laying the slab of the second floor.

The first floor featured a huge door opening up to the balcony, offering sweeping views of the surrounding areas.

Additionally, the walling was complete, and only the finishing touches, including installation of windows, door, and interior fittings remained.

As earlier reported on WoK, the comic noted that the house is halfway through, adding that the project will cost a little over KSh 10 million.

The mansion in question is being constructed in Kitale where he bought land before commencing the construction.

“To where it is at the moment I’ve used around Ksh 4 million; we are just halfway. By the time the house will be complete I will have used approximately Ksh 10 million, that’s everything,” Mulamwah said.

Mulamwah also noted that he is not in a hurry to complete the construction of the house.

“That’s a project house, this means I’m not in a hurry to complete it, I continue with the construction whenever funds are available

“So, even if it takes five years, as long as you are building something that you’ll never go back to build something else,” he said.

In July 2021, after purchasing his first piece of land, Mulamwah challenged the youth to prioritise saving the little money they get for future investments.

The comedian said that he wanted to use his story to inspire and challenge other young people to keep on doing what they do best no matter the circumstances.

“The little money you get; save and invest because you don’t know when you will get money next. So don’t waste the money a lot of fun doesn’t help just invest,” said Mulamwah.
