Comedian David Oyando, alias Mulamwah has in the recent past been flaunting his new girlfriend, Ruth K, on social media.
The comic has been sharing photos with Ruth as well as featuring her in different skits.
Mulamwah started dating Ruth, who describes herself as an actress, following his break up with baby mama, Carol Sonnie.
Although not much is known about the actress, here is what WoK has gathered about the same.
Ruth came into the limelight in December 2021 when Mulamwah introduced her as his new girlfriend following his break up with Carol Sonnie.
Hours after Sonnie cleared the air about their break up, the comedian went ahead to share a photo posing alongside Ruth.
In the post that caught many Kenyans by surprise, Mulamwah wrote; “To new beginnings, Rely upon the heart. Let the dust settle now.”
While social media users questioned about the legitimacy of their relationship, Mulamwah later shared a video pecking Ruth in the lips.
The comic who doubles up as a radio presenter further explained why he got into a new relationship almost immediately.
“Don’t be too quick to judge neither me, Carrol nor Ruth for our actions and choices maybe one day it will all unfold open and you’ll get the clear picture of what really transpired, it’s not easy to just step out without solid reasons, we could no longer sacrifice our peace and live in pretence for your happiness,” he said.
However, come March 2022, Mulamwah hit the headlines again after claiming that he has never dated Ruth.
He went ahead to claim that their relationship was purely professional, further unveiling the actress as a signed artist under his music label.
“Congratulations Ruth, welcome to Mulamwah Ent as the 2nd signed artist. Thanks for the hard work, patience and determination, her first project drops this Friday. Btw we never dated and we don’t intend to. It was misunderstood,” Mulamwah said.
Fast forward to February 2023, Ruth marked Valentine’s Day by sharing stunning photos alongside the comedian.
One of the photos depicted Mulamwah clasping Ruth’s waist with both hands while another image showed him grabbing her ‘backside’.

Mulamwah on the other hand shared a video showing them kissing romantically along a street at night.
Ruth is an actress and singer.
While she is mostly engaged in acting, she has released one song featuring Vall Wambo dubbed, Serereka.
