Yates, from Coolidge, Arizona in the U.S. said she never gave up on her dream of owning a house.

She struggled for years to rent a place to live.

Yates said she didn’t know where to start on her journey to owning a home until she met New Oakwood Homes counsellor Beckah Stiasny.

“It’s a big scary thing to buy your home, let alone build your home, so we council throughout the whole time,” Stiasny said.

Yates’s home is 1,700 square feet in size and has four bedrooms, a two-car garage and enough space to take care of her mother, her husband, and two children.

She said she considers her mortgage a priority.

“I would pay my mortgage before I pay anything,” she said.

Meanwhile, Kamba musician Alex Kasau has generated significant excitement online following the reveal of his contemporary residence in Ukambani.

The popular young artist hosted an extravagant housewarming celebration.

The celebration attracted prominent figures from the Kamba entertainment industry, including comedian MCA Tricky.

A photograph shared by the comedian showcased Kasau elegantly dressed in a stylish black suit during the event.

An aerial view of the property indicates its location in a sparsely populated region, with a fenced compound designed to deter intruders.

Kasau’s impressive bungalow is approached via a cabro-paved driveway.

The residence is equipped with multiple solar panels on the roof, and additional solar panels can be seen on the lawn.
