In an Interview with the standard, she shared that making her husband happy with food doesn’t mean she has to cook fancy meals every day.

She highlighted, “The Bible instructs a wife to submit to her husband, and in return, the husband must cherish his wife. This dynamic forms a partnership where both parties uphold their commitments.”

She elaborated on her role, mentioning everyday tasks like cooking and ironing, emphasizing her perspective: “It’s simply about waking up and fulfilling my responsibilities – nothing more, nothing less.”

Addressing whether this obligation was set by her husband prior to their marriage, she clarified, “No, it’s a choice I made after studying the Bible. My mother followed the same path.”

Sueh observed that men have distinct preferences, and if they desire a spouse with Christian values adept at daily chores sans elaborate adornments, their wishes should be acknowledged.

She noted pragmatism and saving money as key factors, indicating, “I prefer practicality over fake nails and makeup, as I need to attend to chores like laundry and farming. Who has the luxury to fret over eyebrows while planning the day’s meals?”
