In a notice to its users, Safaricom said the services will be unavailable due to a scheduled maintenance exercise on Saturday, April 24 and Sunday, April 25.

According to Safaricom, the maintenance exercise will commence on Saturday at 10pm and end on Sunday at 9am.

The services set to be affected by the maintenance include; airtime top-up, tariff migration, SIM swap and activation of new lines.

Safaricom users have been urged to plan accordingly in order to avoid any inconvenience during the maintenance exercise.
