Cynthia Karuri-Kropac has been appointed as the new Chief Enterprise Business Officer effective September 1, to replace Joseph Wanjohi who has been acting since May. Wanjohi took the role in an acting capacity after the exit of Chris Senanu in May.

Cynthia Karuri-Kropac holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Finance and Financial Management Services from Kent State University-Graduate School of Management. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Toledo.
Career
Cynthia has over nineteen years of experience in telecommunications, business strategy, industrial IoT, enterprise technology solutions, executive advisory and decision support, operational excellence, and process re-engineering.
She has also led diverse teams for sales, engineering, and management resources that design, sell, and implement wireless integrated solutions that harness the power of a global mobility/IOT network.
In 2010, she was appointed AT&T Global Lead and Director, Enterprise Solutions and Sales Support, role she held until 2019 when she took up her latest role as Senior Director, Enterprise Mobile and IoT Technologies.
Prior to joining AT&T, Cynthia Karuri-Kropac worked for Accenture/Andersen Consulting as a Senior Manager for seven years.
