At the Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE), the Serena Hotel Group trades under the name Tourist Promotion Services (TPS Serena). The largest shareholders are the Agha Khan with the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development (AKFED) owning 45% shares and the Aga Khan University owning 4% shares.
