Musician Akothee’s sister, Cebbie Koks, recently took to social media to announce her new business venture.

In an update on her Instagram page, she shared a post informing her fans about her new salon and barbershop.

Cebbie indicated that she set up the business following the success of her other business, Ritzy Nail Bar.

She shared photos while posing outside the shop located in Kisumu City.

“Dear God, you have blessed me and favoured us in a way I can’t explain. The same way you did with Ritzy Nail Bar, please do it with barber and salon,” Cebbie shared.

Cebbie is a public relations expert and has previously worked as a brand ambassador for Pro Gas.

She attended St. Alberts Girls in Ulanda and joined Moi University for an undergraduate degree in communication and public relations.

In 2019, Cebbie graduated from USIU with a masters in international relations.

She worked in Migori County in the governor’s press unit department before she went to incept her own public relations company called Virtual 21.

Elsewhere, Cebbie is married to flashy city lawyer Steve Ogolla.

The lawyer’s proposal to Cebbie Koks happened at Hemingways Hotel, in Nairobi on December 16, 2022.

A video shared on social media shows the two meeting up and Ogolla handing a bouquet of flowers to Koks.

Shortly after, they headed for a decorated place with a white prop designed into the words ‘Marry Me’.

Before the proposal, Cebbie had hinted of getting married. She had posted on social media that she was soon becoming a wife.

“Dear Lord, make me a better wife, better mom, better friend. Establish the foundation of all that I do. Walk ahead of me and be my guider,” she posted.

Ogolla is a popular lawyer who serves as the managing partner for Saroni and Stevens Advocacy.

Growing up, Ogolla had a difficult upbringing and struggled to raise school fees.

He sat for KCSE 3 times before making a breakthrough that enabled him to study law at Moi University.

Ogolla once hawked calculators in Nairobi in order to foot his bills.
