He is arguably one of the biggest artist to ever come from the East Africa region. Diamond Platnumz, real name Nasibu Abdul Juma, has eclipsed Mr Nice when he was on top of his game. Also known as Dangote, the awarding winning artist continues to churn hit of hit with a consistency only a superstar can muster. The artist’s WCB Wasafi records has signed such heavyweights as Harmonize, Lava Lava, Mbosso among many others.

Tanzania Residence
In his home country, Diamond has a stately house that he has aptly named ‘State House’ in Madalet.
The house has a gym, Jacuzzi, dance hall, bar counter, basketball court and a swimming pool.
Diamond shared this on his Instagram when the house was still under construction:

The kitchen is tastefully designed
The award-winning artist washroom is gold plated. He claims to have spent a staggering TSH70 million ($3,0437) on the toilet. He shared this:
“In my 70Million Pure Gold plated toilet…pupping and Movies Lol!..i can’t wait to play dirty game with her tonight IN THE MAKING OF STATE HOUSE!!!.. I cant wait for the State house to Be Done! Done!”
In an interview with Mwanaspoti, Diamond ex-wife Zari Hassan told the publication that she had put in a lot of money in the project knowing she would be living there.
“I chucked a lot of money to help him finish the house knowing that it would be our new home. I even helped him import interior decors and furniture from South Africa having purchased them at Sandton,” the socialite claimed.
She went on to say that Diamond was directionless before she came into his life:
“When I met Nassib (Diamond) he had no clue neither plans about his future but then I decided to settle down with him. I do recall the many projects we put up together only for him to turn his back on me. It hurts,” Zari said of the impact he had on her ex-husband.
South Africa Residence
He bought a house in Moreleta Park in Pretoria, South Africa. The villa has a swimming pool, spacious dining room and living room. It has a jacuzzi, balcony and a garage that can accommodate two cars. Zari lives in this villa and has made it abundantly clear she is not moving out. She said of those asking her to vacate from the house:
“That nasty behaviour of bearing children with men without using your brains is not one that I exhibit. Those commenting and asking me to move out, listen, I used my brawn to get [Diamond] to buy me this house.”

The villa in Tanzania was ZAR 2,480,000 ($170633) while his mansion in Tanzania is valued at Kes18,0000 ($176510).
