Former Starehe MP and founder of Jesus is Alive Ministries (JIAM) Bishop Margaret Wanjiru has been diagnosed with Covid-19, reports the Star.
According to the publication, the ex-MP hosted 18 people in her house against the government directive that only 15 people can gather at a particular time to contain the virus.
The newspaper went on to report that 8 of the 18 visitors tested positive. Wanjiru is said to be on oxygen at an undisclosed hospital.
