The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has announced that it will be closing the  portal for applications for the Kenya Medical and Training College (KMTC).

In a notice shared on Wednesday, July 10, the placement authority stated on Friday July 12, the portal will close, locking out students from applying until 2025.

KUCCPS urged individuals to apply before the deadline lapses, as well as check the status of applications to allow revisions. The Service also issued a list of 23 courses that students can apply to study at KMTC campuses across the country.

The list contains both Certificate and Diploma courses with which the Placement Service has set cluster points available on the portal. They include diploma or certificates in Medical Engineering , Health Records And Information Technology, Orthopedic Trauma Medicine ,Community Health Assistants among others.

For payment using M-Pesa click on the relevant button and the payment details will be displayed including Business Number (222222), a Payment Reference Code and the required amount.
