Oigara ranks among the highest-paid chief executive officers in Kenya, with recent salary disclosures indicating an impressive annual compensation of Ksh 299.1 million from Stanbic Bank.

In the most recent salary disclosure from Stanbic Bank, Oigara received a bonus amounting to Ksh 145.3 million.

Additionally, he was awarded deferred compensation of Ksh 48.4 million as a bonus last year, along with a gratuity of Ksh 21.6 million.

Oigara possesses an MBA with distinction in International Business Management from Edith Cowan University in Australia, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Nairobi, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Programme at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

He is also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA K) and a member of both the Kenya Institute of Bankers (KIB) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
