My tribute to RAILA AMOLO ODINGA.
I salute my hero, RAILA the man who has shaped the destiny of kenyan politics since 1982 when I was in class seven.
This man, for many year has been the extinguisher of Kenyan and the world political fires. Never mind political greed in Africa.
With his asbestos skin, he only needed to stretch his right hand for a handshake and the fire got extinguished immediately.
BABA stood by Presidents of Kenya whenever the tongues of political flames heightened.
The enigma of kenyan politics was loved in life but loved more at his demise.
This man contributed more than enough to humanity including to many who did not want.
A statesman per excellence, a tree whose branches all political birds patched at will and never complained.
BABA has hurt my heart but I can’t respond neither will I see a doc for my new ailment caused by his demise.
I present my self to God whom Raila Odinga is destined to meet.
Just as Raila Junior, Winnie, Rosemary and Mom wept; we have cried and celebrated in the same measure as BABA departs. (Sisemi kitu)
Promise me however BABA, that political hate in Kenya shall end with your exit, for you must leave us in a safe Nation.
Go thee well BABA my hero.
