With a wide selection of alcoholic drinks and sumptuous food options, including chicken wings and beef skewers, Milan is a top choice for a night out within the capital. It’s among the most sought-after clubs in Nairobi and an integral part of Westland’s nightlife.

With its exquisite interior design, state-of-the-art sound system, and a host of top-tier Kenyan DJs, Milan is a destination for those who seek opulence and excitement under one roof.

Milan bridges the gap between Latin and African cultures by playing a blend of salsa, kizomba, hip-hop, reggaeton, and R&B. However; some nights take partiers down memory lane with ‘90s and early noughties music. Milan’s arms are always open to anyone eager to dress up and have a blast.

The high-end Nairobi club goes all out with its wild nights; all you have to do is to dress the part.

According to reports, the cheapest white wine at the establishment costs Ksh3,500.

At Milan Club, revellers are required to spend a minimum amount of money on drinks before they are allowed to access other parts of the menu.

In 2021, President Uhuru Kenyatta’s son Muhoho Kenyatta caused a scene at the club after he used police officers to push other revellers out of the club’s VIP Lounge. This elicited public outrage.

In November 2023, Club Milan was on the spot after reports emerged online that a section of employees were being mistreated by management.

In the damning messages shared with bloggers and media houses in a bid to expose the rot, some employees alleged poor pay and delay of wages. They also claimed that management was shortchanging them on tips left by patrons.

Additionally, security personnel at the club were accused of blackmailing waitresses into having sex with them, failure to which they would ensure their sacking.

On June 20, 2024, Kenyans across social media platforms called for a boycott of businesses associated with Karauri after he voted in favour of the Finance Bill 2024.
