This growth is evidenced with the numerous developments coming up in the town. Before the entry of  Rupa Mall, the only major mall in Eldoret town was Zion mall.

Today, the magnificent Rupa Mall proudly stands on an 8-acre land along Uganda road. The mall is the first green building in Eldoret.

The popular mall has a water park, a kids playing area and a state of the art cinema hall among other attractions. The mall provides for 150 car parking slots and is located away from the chaos of the CBD.
