Robert Ndegwa, popularly known as Thee Pluto, is not only thriving as a YouTuber but has also made a name for himself as a businessman and farmer. He owns an apartment complex on Kenyatta Road that consists of 18 bedsitters and 2 one-bedroom units.

Papa Shirandula actor Ken Gichoya is among the first celebrities to venture into the world of real estate by owning rental units in Mutalia, Machakos county. His rental income in this venture is Ksh10,000 per unit. He also owns rental houses in Kiserian, Utawala and Ruai.

“I have built five of such houses to rent them out. I’m almost done. It has been a long, grueling, but satisfying journey,” Nyota Ndogo told a local news outlet.

She ranks among the top female celebrities in Kenya. The controversial artist owns a luxury apartment complex located in the North Coast region.

The Kiss 100 FM radio presenter owns four rental units (two one-bedroom apartments and two bedsitters). She achieved this major milestone through financial discipline. Speaking to the media about this venture, she revealed that all the money she makes from rental income goes into her Sacco. “I do not touch that rent at all. Discipline.”

She said of this achievement,

“Never thought I would ever hold the title: landlady. But life has a way of surprising you! This is one of the 3 units I have. All already booked and tenants moving in end of the month. This is a studio apartment (usiseme bedsitter! Sema studio apartment are we together??) and I have another 2 one bedrooms,” she said.
