Minimum height of 160 cm
High school graduate (Grade 12)
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
No visible tattoos while you’re in Emirates cabin crew uniform (cosmetic and bandage coverings aren’t allowed)
Can adapt to new people, new places and new situations
Physically fit for this demanding role with a healthy Body Mass Index (BMI)

Emirates Flight Attendants Benefits
According to Emirates website, the attendants are provided accommodation or cash to look for alternative housing. The shared apartments paid by the airlines are furnished.
Purser are entitled furnished apartment.
Transport to and from the airport
Medical insurance; Life insurance; Personal accident / Workmen’s Compensation – insurance to ensure you are appropriately covered for medical treatment, emergencies and accidents whilst employed by the Group.
Education Support Allowance – assistance with the cost of your eligible children’s education in Dubai or abroad, applicable to eligible grades only.
Annual leave – a minimum of 30 calendar days per year.
Annual leave travel – a return ticket home each year, paid for by the Group.
Uniform: Your uniform is fully paid by the company. Dry cleaning and laundering are provided free of charge.
CAT A / ID 90 Flights: You can buy an unlimited number of tickets with 90% discount (on standby). The discount is also offered to immediate family (limited to 2 tickets per person, per year).
Special Tickets: You can also nominate 20 friends/family for special tickets with a reduced discount.

Unlike other airlines, Emirates only allows its pursers and flight deck crew to fly in Business or First Class. All other staff have to fly in Economy Class.
Monthly Average salary
The average salary of flight attendants is £1863, equivalent of 9,500 dirhams before tax.
In the economy class, the cabin crew pocket £835 (4,260 AED) per month.
The cabin crew make an average net salary of £1863 when you factor in flight time which is at $16 per hour.
