“I opened the door to Duane’s dressing room and that’s when I see Duane having anal sex with Will. There was a couch and Will was bent over the couch and Duane was standing up killing him, murdering him. It was murder in there,” he was quoted by TMZ.
Appearing in a recent interview, Jada Pinkett trashed the claims saying they were planning to take legal action. She said the individual had worked with Will Smith on a book but was not satisfied with the payment. Smith wanted to pay a certain amount but he would not have it.
“It’s based around this person’s idea that they, in some way, were doing business around Will’s book, and that they spent money, or what have you, and that they needed to be compensated. So he already tried to do this money shakedown,” she said.
