GMC Fun Place is a state of the art facility situated just 3.2 kilometers from Kitengela town along the Nairobi –Namanga highway just before Acacia junction.
The place has ample space where one can host events such as weddings, concerts, festivals, birthday parties and group parties.

The popular joint sitting on 5 acres land is owned by renowned businessman George Wachiuri. He serves as the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Optiven group – a conglomerate with interests in real estate, hospitality, construction and insurance sectors.
The group operates a number of Strategic Business Units (SBU) that include Optiven Real Estate, Optiven Insurance, Optiven Construction, Optiven Water and Optiven homes.
He also serves as the Chairman and Trustee of Optiven Foundation – a charity organization that seeks to promote health, education and environment protection.
He has authored two books namely ‘Soaring like an Eagle’ and ‘Unleash your full Potential’ which are both published on Amazon.
He owns PMC Estates – a real estate management company where he serves as the Board Chairman, Eagle Peak Spur – a restaurant situated at The Hub mall Karen and Panarottis – a hotel located at the Karen Waterfront mall.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (BCom) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nairobi. He is currently pursuing a PhD Degree at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT).
He is a Board Member of the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) where he serves as an advisor at the land sector board and also sits on the board of Brook Hurst International School.
He is a Motivational Speaker operating the George Wachiuri’s School of Mentorship and an environmentalist operating the Optiven Go-Green Initiative. He is a Church elder and a family man with three children, two sons, and a daughter.
