Friends and family of a Nairobi businesswoman allegedly killed by her husband are appealing for financial assistance.

Actress Sandra Dacha on Wednesday, May 15 unveiled a pay bill for Sheila Wegesha’s fundraiser.

She begged Kenyans’ help in giving her a decent burial.

Sheila will be buried on May 29, and her husband Jack Bamboo is still reportedly on the run after her killing.

“Ladies and gentlemen I humbly ask you in the name of God to please help us do it for Sheila Wegesha one last time She is gone, never to return,”

“The burial is on 29th May 2024 in Kanyada. Let’s take Sheila home. Please send whatever you have to the pay bill number,” she posted.

The body of Sheila was found in bed at the couple’s Hill View estate home.

Sources told WoK that Sheila’s teenage daughter found the body and raised the alarm.

The body had deep cuts in the throat with blood soaking the bed.

The couple owned JB Liqueur Lounge in Umoja which is popular with Ohangla music fans.

According to reports, the couple had a strained relationship caused by infidelity.

Jack and his wife were well-known in the Ohangla music scene and would share their affection and love in public.

The late businesswoman was also an Ohangla dancer and would share videos of dancing on social media.

Her death has led to outrage with netizens demanding justice.
