William Ruto Emotionally Mourns Bishop Allan Kiuna:”Profound Sorrow”

President William Ruto has mourned Bishop Allan Kiuna of Jubilee Christian Church (JCC).

Ruto described Kiuna as a dedicated Christian leader who inspired many to follow the teachings of the lord.

The President said he stands with the Kiuna family and the JCC Church in their time of grief and mourning.

“It is with profound sorrow that I have learnt of the passing of Bishop Allan Kiuna,”

“I join the Christian community in mourning his death. Bishop Kiuna was a dedicated Christian leader who founded the Jubilee Christian Church (JCC) and inspired many to follow the teachings of the Lord,”

“To his wife, Rev. Kathy Kiuna and family, we stand with you in this time of grief and mourning, and pray that you find the courage to persevere through this trying period. May he rest in peace.” The President’s statement read.

Jubilee Christian Church (JCC) founder Bishop Allan Kiuna died on Tuesday afternoon, July 9.

According to sources, he was undergoing treatment at a Nairobi hospital before his death.

His wife, Kathy Kiuna has moved the body to Lee Funeral Home.

Kiuna was 57 years old and in the last few months, his health had gotten worse.

Kiuna for years has been battling cancer.

He was diagnosed with multiple myeloma Cancer in 2018.

According to him, he spent KSh 460 million for treatment in the United States.

“For the one year that I was in the US, my treatment cost 3 million dollars (KSh 460 million). And I did not remove one coin from my pocket because the God of heaven provided,” Kiuna was quoted.
