His mansion, aptly nicknamed “Khali Mall” for its sheer size, has become one of the most talked-about buildings in Kenya. The house has been the subject of countless memes, with witty social media users humorously suggesting it resembles a shopping mall—complete with elevators and top-brand signage. This stately residence is located in Karen.

Responding to the comparisons, the ‘OG’ himself addressed the buzz, saying:

“I woke up to myself trending because of my house. People are comparing it to a mall, and honestly, these are the kinds of problems I’ve always wanted.”

The YouTuber’s consistency has finally paid off. The celebrated content creator completed building his house in early 2024. However, Kioko became the subject of online banter, with netizens comparing his house to a police station.

Addressing the critics, he said:

“It did not affect me. Hao watu wanaongea vibaya si waende wajenge zao. I do not have time for them. Ni watu wako hurt na maisha na wanajiforce kukupenda. Wengine wametumwa competitors to come and comment vibaya on my video.”

The house features two bedrooms: a master bedroom and another for his twins.

I am Marwa

Known for his class and flair, I Am Marwa built a house that exudes grandeur. As one of Kenya’s top content creators, he spared no expense in constructing his home, located in Nyabohanse village, Migori County. The house is a true reflection of his success and meticulous taste.

Mulamwah’s house in Kitale is almost complete

Mulamwah

Content creator Mulamwah’s journey to homeownership has been a gradual one, with the construction of his two-story house in Kitale, Trans-Nzoia County, taking time to complete. However, the project is now nearing completion.

Speaking about the progress, he said:

“Maskan inakuja pole pole tu. Kumaliza ndio joto lakini almost done. Nyumba inaongea kizungu sasa. Pace ni pole pole tu, let no one pressure you. Move slow, move correctly. Proud of Khaligraph Jones, kitu umefanya ain’t easy to achieve. To anyone else out there, it’s all possible – baraka tele, Mungu mbele.”
