Chants Of ‘Ruto’ Rend The Air As Raila Makes A Stop At Burma Market

ODM leader Raila Odinga found himself in unfamiliar territory when a section of traders in the busy Burma market chanted the name of deputy president William Ruto as he addressed them. 

Some of the traders carried a wheelbarrow which has come to be associated with Ruto’s ‘hustler nation’ clarion call. The former premier was accompanied by nominated MP Maina Kamanda and Suna East MP Junet Mohamed in a bid to drum up support for the BBI.
