Kiraitu Murungi-Harvard University
Meru county Governor Kiraitu Murungi is a man who has seriously chewed. He graduated with a Bachelor of Law from the University of Nairobi and Master of Law in the same institution in 1977 and 1982 respectively. He went on to attain another Master of Law from Harvard Law School.
Prof. Kivutha Kibwana – Harvard University
Prof Kivutha Kibwana is a renowned politician who has been in politics for over 20 years and currently serves as the governor of Makueni County. He has served in different capacities in the past including Member of Parliament representing Makueni constituency, Minister for Environment and advisor to the late President Mwai Kibaki. Apart from holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Nairobi, Kibwana holds two Masters of Law Degrees – from Harvard University and the University of London. Prof. Makau Mutua is a Kenyan scholar who has interests in politics, human rights and law. He unsuccessfully vied for the chief justice position in 2016 and is quite vocal on twitter on matters pertaining politics. He has over on million followers on the micro-blogging site. Mutua previously served as the dean of State University of New York Buffalo School of Law. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Kenya Human Rights Commission (KHRC) and as a columnist for the Daily Nation. Apart from holding a Bachelor’s Degree in law from the University of Dar es Salaam, he holds a Doctorate of Juridical Science from the prestigious Harvard University.
Prof Anyang Nyong’o – University of Chicago
Prof Anyang’ Nyong’o is a renowned Kenyan politician who has been in the political arena for more than 15 years. The current Kisumu governor has served as the secretary general of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) and former Member of Parliament representing Kisumu rural constituency. He has also served as the Minister for Medical Services and Minister for Planning and National Development. Other than holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Makerere University, he holds a Masters and PhD in the from the University of Chicago.

Adan Mohammed – Harvard University
Adan Mohammed is a renowned Kenyan entrepreneur, accountant and banker with experience spanning over 15 years. He is the former Managing Director (MD) of Barclays Bank (now ABSA Bank) in East and West Africa. He currently serves as the Cabinet Secretary for Industrialization, a position he has held since 2013. Larry Madowo – Columbia University
Larry Madowo is a renowned Kenyan journalist who started his career as a reporter for Standard Media Group owned KTN. He would then join NTV as a news anchor but was forced to leave the station while in his peak during the 2017 general elections. He would later join CNBC Africa before switching to BBC as a Business Editor and later as North America correspondent. He currently works as CNN international Correspondent based in Nairobi. Other than holding a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication, Madowo holds a Master of Arts in Business Economics and Journalism from the prestigious Columbia University.
