Southfield Mall is one of the leading shopping malls in Nairobi. The four storey shopping mall is located along the busy Airport North Road-tapping into the densely populated residential and industrial areas around Embakasi.
The anchor tenants are Carrefour Supermarket. Others are Text Book City, Miniso, Dr Mattress, Bata, among other top stores.
Popular fast food chains KFC and Java House have also taken space in the building. They also have a barbershop, a hospital, a bank, gyms, dental and eye clinics.
According to the Southfield Mall website, the third floor is dedicated to a 25,000 sqft conferencing and exhibition space.
Land
The mall sits on a 3 acre parcel of land. It has an overall built up area of 360,000 square feet and a lettable area of 165,000 square feet.
Upto 400 cars can be parked on the basement, ground and the second floor of the building.
The basement has parking space for 280 cars.

The mall is owned by Pipe Manufacturers Limited and Seyani Brothers. According to Pipe Manufacturers Ltd website, the family run business that was established in 1978, specializes in the manufacture of automotive components and accessories.
Seyani Brothers & Company Limited ranks among the leading civil engineering and general building construction company in the East African region.
The company set shop in Uganda in 1991 and is planning to expand to other economies in the region.
