The billionaire businessman lives the life a majority of Kenyans can only imagine. His mansion in Muthaiga was the subject of discussion in 2017 when over zealous police officers searched for him for hours but could not locate the man who had participated in the swearing in ceremony of Raila Odinga as the peoples president.
The officers were on a mission to arrest him after they recovered rifles and bullets at a villa in Malindi he reportedly owns. The self proclaimed president of single mothers and musician Akothee is known for her luxurious lifestyle. She came from very humble beginnings but managed to raise above her circumstances to become rich. A

Raila Odinga
Orange Democratic Movement leader Raila Odinga owns several homes with the one in Riat Hills in Kisumu said to be worth Ksh1 billion. Construction of the house took a couple of years to complete. The home overlooks Kisumu International Airport and affords one an aerial view of Kisumu city. Apparently, it has 74 rooms including 10 bedrooms, two main conference rooms, two small conference rooms, four expansive kitchens and offices.
Simon Kabu
The Bonfire adventures CEO is known for his lavish lifestyle and it is no surprise that his house is equally luxurious. The house is surrounded by well manicured lawns and the interior lined with classy bright furniture. The dinning room is also a wonderful piece of art lined with a huge well arranged table suitable for the family and even entertaining guests.
William Ruto
The president is said to own a Ksh1.2 billion house in Eldoret. After the star published the article about the house costing kes1.2 billion, Ruto trashed the rumors saying it didn’t cost that much. The house is also said to feature an artificial lake in the middle, a helipad, six other houses at the front and the main house and it also sits on about 20 acres of land.

The former Kiambu governor’s multi million house is located right next to the Windsor Hotel. The walls are lined with glass and the interior design is the handiwork of professionals. The compound has a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and a helipad. ln fact, the house can be confused for a luxurious hotel.

Many know her as the Kenyan socialite with a drool worthy body but she also decided to invest in a house in a leafy suburb area. The two storey house is elegantly designed with all the colors merging to create a house befitting the nominated senator. The leather whitish seats have been beautifully arranged to match the theme of the house and the kitchen is every chef’s dream. The politician rose from being a tout to owning a beautiful Ksh 100 million Kenyan Shillings house. The house was opened by the deputy president William Ruto during the house warming party in 2016. “ Many people prefer importing housing materials from countries like China, but I realized that there us quality material in Kenya. I learnt so much about the Kenyan housing industry and that got me appreciating local architects and masons,” he was quoted by The Standard.
