Details of Mzee Jackson Kibor’s Will Revealed

The will of late billionaire businessman Mzee Jackson Kibor has been revealed.

The will showed that the late politician turned businessman was worth over KSh 1 billion in property and liquid cash.

Mzee Kibor had over 5,000 acres of land spread across Trans Nzoia and Uasin Gishu counties.

As reported by Bizna, the late politician’s 15 sons will inherit 200 acres each while each of his 11 daughters will inherit 100 acres.

On the other hand, all his four wives will get an equitable share of his vast multi-million empire.

“As a family, we largely agree with the details of the will which Mzee wrote in February last year. It means the status quo remains and each member of the family now has a chance to digest and reflect on the contents of the will,” Kibor’s eldest son Philip said.

The will was read by lawyer Wilson Kalya in a session that lasted four hours.

The properties include land and movable assets which were shared based on Kibor’s four wives.

As earlier reported, Kibor’s youngest widow has decried a plot to disinherit her from property left behind by the tycoon.

According to a report on Business Daily, Eunita Chelimo claimed that she was evicted from her matrimonial home and her livestock distributed among family members.

She said she was forced out of her Kabenes home where Mzee Kibor was laid to rest and her 57 heads of livestock distributed among her step children.

Other properties including tractors were forcefully taken away from her and handed over to her co-wives’ children.
