Comedian Jemutai confirmed that Prof Hamo convinced her to quit working at Churchill Show so that they could help build the Hamo brand together.
In line with Prof Hamo’s request, she also started managing his social media accounts and preparing comedy scripts for his performance on the show.
She said that Hamo’s star continued to shine and landed a job at Hot 96 but the income he was generating was not being accounted for.
Jemutai needed to take care of her mother’s bills which had been in arrears. She was determined in making ends meet and decided to go back to Churchill Show which angered him.
Life was tough and in the long run, Hamo decided to distance himself from her and the children.
She said that at one time, Hamo landed a Ksh10 million deal but continued to watch her struggle.
In another incident, she was forced to return to work before healing from delivering her baby because Hamo was not providing for her.
Not much was known about her private life until recently when she reached out to the Kenyans about plans to sell her Facebook account.
Daniel Ndambuki aka Churchill has written on his social media platform that he will lead the mediation between the two parties to help mend things.
