The real estate sector in the country has been vibrant over the years. This makes it a very lucrative form of investment for property developers, investors and owners. Hence, Kenya has dozens of real estate companies that provide services ranging from sales, property development, consultancy and advisory services to property letting. Most big real estate companies are based within Nairobi and its environs.
This writer lists some of the big names in the real estate sector in Kenya.
Optiven Limited

Pam Golding Kenya
Pam Golding Kenya has its headquarters in Nairobi. The Kenyan subsidiary is part of a large group with more than 300 offices in Africa and other offices in the UK, Germany and France. They started trading in Kenya in 2012 with the head office in Westland’s Fortis Tower.
