Sam Thagichu: 64 Year Old Assisting Kenyans In The US Land Jobs

Sam Thagichu is a healthcare professional and entrepreneur with a strong commitment to helping Kenyans and Africans in the United States find job opportunities in the healthcare field.

The personal challenges he faced growing up without a father spurred the entrepreneur to assist others.

Here is his story as told by WoK.

Career

The entrepreneur served as a director for Rhyno International and at Phonex Perts Ltd from November 2007 to March 2020.

He worked at Datic Enterprises as a consultant and also at Barclays Bank of Kenya.

Thagichu went on to found Noble Connections LLC since March 2020.

Experience and Dedication

Thagichu’s journey in the US began four years ago when he migrated and pursued training in healthcare.

Today, he is not only employed but has also become an entrepreneur, linking people to job opportunities.

He shared his passion to Alex Chamwada for taking care of people and facilitating job placements.

Job Placement Process

He manages the job placement process through the two Telegram channels, where all available job opportunities are posted.

Job seekers can contact him to express their interest or inquire about specific positions.

On the other hand, healthcare providers looking for professionals in the field can also reach out to Thagichu and specify their requirements.

His efficient matching process ensures that job seekers and employers find suitable matches quickly.

Job Seeking Platforms

He has established two Telegram channels that serve as effective platforms for Kenyans and other Africans seeking healthcare job opportunities in the US.

These channels have already attracted 5,000 users, providing a bridge between job seekers and potential employers.

Once individuals secure employment through the channels, they only need to pay him a day’s wage, typically ranging between Ksh 15,000 and Ksh 17,000.

Visa Requirements

While Thagichu facilitates job placements for individuals already in the US, it is important to note that visa arrangements are the responsibility of the job seekers themselves.

He focuses on assisting those who are already in the country and doesn’t handle visa-related matters.

Tour Services

In addition to his job placement services, the entrepreneur has expanded his business to offer tour services to both US residents and visitors from Kenya.

Recognizing the limitations people face in exploring various locations within the US, he began organizing tours in Seattle.

These tours provide opportunities for individuals to visit destinations such as Mt. Rainier and Chicago.

Thagichu plans to further expand his tour services to include activities like skiing and cruises, offering an enhanced experience for his clients.

Support for Those in Need

His commitment to helping others extends beyond job placement and tours. Through the Noble Healthcare Professionals Association (NOHEPA), he assists individuals who have been abandoned or estranged by their loved ones.

The organization also provides support for the sick and funding for projects back in Kenya. Thagichu’s efforts aim to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
